Each brand has its own content, connected channels, and credits. Each brand costs $29 USD per month and includes three connected social accounts and 1,500 credits.
How do AI credits work?
Credits pay for AI consumption, including text, images, video, and tools. Usage depends on the model and work performed, rather than a fixed number of posts. See charges on your brand’s Usage page.
Do credits expire or transfer between brands?
Unused subscription credits and purchased credits roll over indefinitely. Credits belong to the brand that received them and cannot be shared or transferred.
What if I need more credits or channels?
Buy 1,000 credits for $10, 2,500 for $25, or 5,000 for $50 for a specific brand. Add channels for $5 per channel per month beyond the three included with each brand. Disconnecting an account frees a channel but does not cancel a paid channel.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Yes. Additions are prorated for the remaining month, including credits for newly added brands. Reductions and cancellation take effect at the end of your paid billing period. Content and credit balances are preserved; reactivate a brand to spend its credits again.
