Fix
A clear issue has an owner and can be corrected before the useful window closes.

Hold
A fact, permission, approval, or destination is uncertain. Keep it out of the queue.
The launch post looks finished. The destination check says it is not.
A small pottery studio has approved a weekend workshop post for Instagram and Facebook.
Ready
The workshop details match the booking page. The photo is owned by the studio. Both captions have been reviewed.
Fix
The Facebook post points to last month’s booking link. Replace it, test it, and return the changed version to approval.
Decision
Keep Instagram scheduled. Hold Facebook until the final link and approval are attached. One problem does not need to stop both destinations.
Check once. Publish clearly. Know what happened.
